Our core focus is personal life coaching. As life coaches, we seek to help our clients gain clarity and develop actionable insights in order for clients to set goals and take the right steps to achieve them. At ReVision Leadership, we support individuals with guidance and direction through life's challenges from a Christian perspective.  Our certified life coach starts with active listening in order to understand and assess clients' current situation, identify goals, and any obstacles to those goals.  By helping our clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, we assist them in discovering ways to meet their goals and challenges.  Coaches also supply information and resources to support clients and are available for check ins and support along the way.  We can also assist in crafting messages to others in a client's life, as needed, in order to achieve personal and family goals.  Sessions can be conducted on a weekly basis or more often if needed.

We work with our clients on a range of professional and personal issues. The Revision Leadership process addresses specific professional and personal goals by analyzing the current situation, identifying and addressing challenges and obstacles, and developing a specific plan of action designed to achieve specific results and outcomes. 

Through our team coaching approach, challenges teams to work together to achieve their real potential. We work with non-profits, church groups, volunteer organizations and business to optimize performance.
